PETCO encourages its staff and contractors to have a high degree of self-sufficiency and strive to understand their entire operating environment. as PETCO believes; tools that are chosen and used by the whole organization are preferred. Workers are empowered to resolve HSE issues, with the proivided the needed support from managers. Stakeholders including the local communities are always looked while performing our operations, therefore PETCO is very keen to control the adverse impact on the communities around PETCO facilities, as well the role of Corporate Social Responsibility is tackled in consultation with the concerned stakeholder and local communities to ensure their satisfaction.
